Do you need any help?”亲切地表达我们的歉意和服务意愿。接着询问:“What color and size do you like?”或者“bro,What size do you wear?”以及“Boss, what color do you like? All are in stock.”了解客户对颜色和尺码的喜好。还可以说:“Yes, it’s available.This is the best style we sell and has a great discount right now.”强调产品的优势和优惠。“This one is selling like hot cakes these days Please have a look at the product details”以及“Here are the details of the product, you can take a look.”引导客户查看产品细节。同时询问:“What is your height and weight? We will choose the most suitable size for you according to your height and weight.”以便为客户提供更合适的尺码选择。
增加客户的信任度回复话术
